ODE Procurement decided to change the RFP to grant application for ease of processing. This will not effect what you all need to do, and it does not change deadlines as laid out throughout the final documents.

The Grant Application was sent directly from ODE to ESD Superintendents this morning, and I have forwarded it on to ESD IT directors as well. It is also posted here if you need it.
